Overall stay was pleasant, staff was very helpful. A huge shoutout to my housekeeper, Pankaj. Pankaj has been wonderful throughout my stay, always going the extra mile ensuing me to have a comfortable stay. Please extend my grattitude from Pankaj, from guest 133. I would also like to say thanks to Suyog, the front desk that immediately help searching for my headphones when I left it in the room, Suyog was very helpful also in providing informations about nearby places to go, and ensuring my comfort when I have a 8 hour buffer between my flight. Please help me extend my grattitude to Suyog as well.

Very nice rooms and facilities, very close to the airport. Special shout out to the team at the breakfast buffet - they were all very very nice and catered to my needs very quickly! Housekeeping team was also prompt and nice. Staff also assisted promptly when i needed taxis to get around the city. When my dad came to visit, staff were kind enough to promptly ask me if I needed assistance (I didn't but it was nice of them!). Overall, the staff were really good.

Proximity to the airport is a plus! Upon entering the surroundings, you are greeted by the guard and bell boy. The reception, Anjali and Sugoy, and the rest of the front desk staff greeted us with all smiles. Registration was a breeze. The housekeeper during our stay, November 23-26, 2023 kept our room immaculately clean. Januka made sure everything was in tiptop condition. The Executive lounge receptionist also made our breakfast comfortable. I had the best cheese omelet, fluffy, creamy and a little melt in your mouth in the executive lounge. Breakfast over-looking over the pool became my wife's favorite place giving a relaxing view to start your day. The business center was the right place to do your work and do a catch up on books to read. The gym and spa is spotless. Over-all, the service is impeccable...not obtrusive. The Chinese restaurant serve good dishes. Service was perfect. A nice place to eat dinner before heading to the airport.

Reception people are very friendly and efficient. The whole hotel is clean and in good condition. The room is spacy and the bed comfortable. The Cleaner surprised me every day with a new Towel Animal what is a nice gestures. Everything is functional and works. The executive lounge is a bonus of this hotel. The staff there are very friendly and remember your drink preference. The buffet is very good (hot Indian food, Salat's and Sandwiches, and more). The SPA is was good and for a big hotel above expectations. The breakfast buffet had many choices for each taste. Overall ... I will come again.
